Shipping Policy
- Clients will provide electricity if required during installation, set up or delivery.
- Goods delivered in good condition to clients' signed specifications are not returnable.
- Expected delivery dates are only valid from date of requisite payment and subject to confirmation of finishes.
Refund Policy
We have a No Refund Policy.
- 100% Deposit Payment on confirmation of Order
- All deposit or payments are NON-Refundable
- All clients items stored beyond the first 14 days shall attract N50,000 per month.
- DO.II shall not be held liable for any damage or depreciation of furniture and other items stored beyond the initial 14 days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
STORAGE POLICY:
Our monthly storage charges are stated below, in the first 14 days after the proposed date of expected delivery there will be an initial charge of 25,000.
QUOTATION VALIDITY THIS QUOTATION IS VALID FOR 7 DAYS MONTHLY RATES:
- 50,000 for 10 Items or Less
- 100,000 for over 10 Items
- After 3 MONTHS Items will be SOLD and the client will be issued with store credit for the purchase of fresh items based on current prices and prevailing discount rates.
- Clients will provide electricity if required during installation, set up or delivery.
- Foods delivered in good condition to clients' signed specifications are not returnable.
- Expected delivery dates are only valid from date of requisite payment and subject to confirmation of finishes.
- Client items stored in the warehouse shall NOT exceed 14 days from the date of confirmation of readiness.
