RETURN CONDITIONS Returned items must: • Be unworn • Be unwashed • Have all original tags attached • Be returned in their original packaging • Show no signs of wear, stains, perfume, or alterations Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items cannot be returned: • Sale items marked Final Sale • Gift Cards • Custom or Made-to-Order pieces • Personalised products EXCHANGES If you require another size, please contact us before returning your item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. REFUNDS Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
